The new owner‘s, Chef Uwe and his wife Dagmar, who greet the customers at this cozy Holiday Restaurant, have made it even better. They specialize in German dishes such as spicy sweet and sour Sauerbraten and the tender rolled beef Rinder Roulade, that is rubbed with mustard and filled with onions, bacon and a pickle.

Uwe G. Kasper has brought his 35 years of experience as a food and beverage manager in international hotels to Holiday, where he is the chef and owner of a cozy European-styled restaurant called THE GERMAN RESTAURANT.
His college degree from Berlin in Hotel Training, Culinary and Gastronomy. He enjoys working in this smaller scale. Chef Uwe’s favorite offering at his restaurant is a fillet of pork tenderloin, topped with piquant mustard-wine sauce, onions and bacon that is served with homemade pommes dauphine and fresh, crisp vegetables.
Since Uwe and Dagmar enjoy cooking and meeting their guests, they would be lost without a restaurant to operate.
